We would like to thank Fernando Ramirez for publishing a full page for SETX Hispanic Newspaper about our 5S to organize our restaurant course organized in May at Carmela’s Mexican Restaurant.
Together with Guillermo “Memo” Abarca and other business owners from the area, Luciana Paulise shared the 5S methodology to be able to apply it in a restaurant. We reviewed the Japanese improvement tool during the first 30 minutes. Then the owner organized a walk around the salon and the storage area to apply the learnings and look for improvement opportunities.
