5S Methodology for workplace organization

5S is a system that makes it easier to organize, sort, clean the workplace, keep it safe and maintain it through time. The objective is to reduce costs, identify defects quickly and encourage self-organization in your team process. It is applied to any type of industry, from manufacturing to retail and healthcare. We have experience applying this methodology to logistics and bottling companies, warehouses, offices, and retail stores.

Scrum
