Implement the Cultural Agile Re-Engineering and Safety model
CARES or Cultural Agile Re-Engineering and Safety is a program aimed at re-designing behaviors and processes in the organization to reduce unneeded costs, increase safety awareness and driving continuous innovation through employee engagement and customer focus.
Objective:
The objectives are to maximize profits by engaging the staff and the leadership team to take care of the organization. CARES™ applies agile methods for work organization and our proprietary Bottom-up Leadership method to change the behaviors of team members and leaders. New behaviors will focus on continuous support to the customer (internal and external) through lean processes, safety and innovation.

During the implementation, employees are trained on the CARES™ method while the consultant helps them to apply the knowledge at work and ingrain those tools in their daily habits.
Content:
The three main stages are:
1) Mapping the processes: define your processes, responsibilities, costs and wastes
2) Managing Change and interactions: Train your leadership team and your staff to improve your processes, reduce waste through lean methodologies and think on safety first in every step.
3) Mastering Innovation: Apply innovation tools like design thinking and Kanban to work smarter rather than harder. Focus on generating more value for the customer from less work.

The program usually takes at least 12 sessions of 2-4hs each, to cover the 3 stages depending on the size of your company and your current practices. We can customize the length to fit your business needs. We define a preliminary action plan during the first meeting.
