Luciana Paulise
Luciana Paulise (a.k.a Lu Paulise) is a business coach, speaker, and book author, founder of Biztorming Training & Consulting and The We Culture. She is an MBA ASQ Quality Engineer and Certified Scrum Master. Lu specializes in Cultural Change and Innovation. She has authored the books 5S Your Life and SOS SME’s – 20 keys to Boosting Your Business and is a contributor to various international media sites such as Forbes, Medium, Thriveglobal.com, and Infobae.com in Latin America. As an expert in quality, she is Deputy Regional Director for the ASQ and VP of Innovation for the Argentina-Texas Chamber. She has participated as an examiner for the National Quality Award and has also been a University professor. She has experience working with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies like the City of Houston, and small businesses providing customized development courses for employees, leaders and business owners that help improve productivity, engagement and innovation.
Lu was the 2014 recipient of the Deming grant, elected as one of the 40 global leaders of quality by Quality Progress, and in 2018 was awarded Start-Up of the Year in Texas.
